While we make every effort to handle any complaints that may be made against us, we are also aware that an ammicable solution may not be found, as members of both the Motor Ombudsman's Motor Industry Code of Practice for Service & Repair & the Retail Motor Industry (RMI) Trust My Garage (TMG) Code of Practise

Both are certified Alternative Dispute Resolution  (ADR) provider's approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) who can assist with disputes that arise between consumers and Code-accredited businesses.

This means they can provide a CTSI approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) if a consumer remains dissatisfied with the outcome of a dispute in relationship to a service or repair of a vehicle
